Shannon has worked in the entertainment industry, and specifically in the entertainment website and virtual world space over a decade. Her top priority is making sure users have the best experience that makes them engaged and wanting to return to build relationships with individuals or brands. Before that, she worked in television production, adding up to over twenty five years of knowledge. This has included creative-based, administrative-based, and production-based roles.
She also holds a Masters of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University, where she is known for her experience in virtual worlds in educational settings. She also holds a Masters of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
